3. User Ownership & Intellectual Property
All user-submitted content, documents, photos, marksheets, and generated outputs remain your sole, unencumbered property. DocTool claims zero ownership, license, or intellectual property rights over any files processed using our platform.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
DocTool provides all software, converters, and editors on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our algorithms are tested extensively for fidelity and precision, we encourage users to maintain redundant backups of all critical original records.
5. Limitation of Liability
